Emporio Acapulco Hotel

The hotel offers a fantastic swimming pool with slides and a kids area. The staff is friendly, and the facilities are good. I especially enjoyed the adults-only pool area and the great view from the rooms. The breakfast had a wide variety of tasty options, including local foods like tamales and quesadillas. The hotel is conveniently located near public transport and taxis, making it easy to get around. it's one of the best options in the area, with spacious rooms and ample common areas.

A luxurious stay with exclusive amenities. This hotel boasts a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, beach access with sun loungers and beach umbrellas, and a spa centre offering full body, foot, back and head massages. the restaurant offers buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, while the poolside snack bar is perfect for a midday treat.

We had one minor issue with the lift, which was not functioning properly and caused a traumatic experience. the hotel did not shut down the elevator on each floor and there were no warnings about the malfunction.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Acapulco. Awesome location, outstanding staff, tasteful breakfast, good wi-fi. The bonus was nice room decor and great bar.

Reasonably large and clean hotel, location was fantastic next to the night clubs and shops and nightlife and restaurants. The venue room was huge with fridge, coffee maker and microwave.

Spacious rooms and common areas. Excellent breakfast with local foods. Great location near La Diana fountain with easy access to public transport. Magnificent views of the bay from high floor rooms.

The hotel was reasonably large with an incredible location near the beach, bars and restaurants. The room was decent sized with comfy beds. Everything was good, though a few employees were exceptionally busy.

It is a popular property located in Costera Acapulco district next to many restaurants, all shopping centers and a good beach.

The location is perfect, with many restaurants and stores within walking distance. The hotel facilities were great, with three beautiful pools and a modern gym. The staff was friendly and professional, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. we loved the restaurant on the seafront, which served delicious food.

We loved this place, it's NOT EXPENSIVE.

This hotel is located right by the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and the sea. It is also in a central part of the city, with everything easily accessible. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have fantastic views of both the ocean and the pool.

The check-in process can be a bit of a hassle, as the lines can get long.

The location was great, near many restaurants, markets, and on the beach. My room had a beautiful view of the bay. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. Although the hotel could use some updating, it was a good value for money.
